Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Shipping Times & Rates
We currently ship domestically and internationally. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during international delivery.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Sinnerfold is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to keep all packaging and items for your claim.
